Owner & Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Your North Wellness
As a mother of two, I understand firsthand the importance of resilience, balance, and compassionate support. My professional journey has been anything but traditional—each step guided by a deep and enduring passion for healing.
I began my career as a pastry chef, where creativity, precision, and care were essential. Despite the fulfillment I found in that work, I always felt called toward medicine and psychiatry. In my 30s, I made the life-changing decision to pursue nursing. I went on to work for several years as a trauma nurse, caring for patients during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. It was in those critical care settings that I discovered my true calling—supporting not only physical recovery, but emotional and psychological healing as well.
Driven by this realization, I returned to school to become a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I worked as a psychiatric nurse in an inpatient pediatric facility, where I had the privilege of caring for both children and their families during challenging times. These experiences strengthened my belief in comprehensive, compassionate mental health care.
For the past two years, I have proudly served patients at Your North Wellness. My commitment to this work—and the transformative outcomes I witnessed—led me to purchase the practice. As Owner and Operator, I am deeply invested in the life-changing progress our patients achieve every day.
At Your North Wellness, we specialize in innovative, evidence-based treatments, including ketamine therapy and Spravato®, with remarkable success in treating mood and trauma-related disorders. I am also certified in EMDR therapy, a highly effective and fascinating modality that helps patients process and heal from distressing experiences at their core.
It is an honor to walk alongside individuals as they rediscover hope, clarity, and direction in their lives. At Your North Wellness, our compass symbolizes guidance and purpose—helping each person find their true north.
Frank Anderson’s journey to founding Your North Wellness began at the intersection of high-stakes medicine and a deep-seated commitment to service. As a Navy veteran with a lifelong love for the sea, Frank drew inspiration from the age-old tradition of sailors navigating by the stars. Just as the North Star has guided travelers home for centuries, Frank envisioned a sanctuary where members of his community could find their way back to wellness and peace.
With over 15 years of experience in high-acuity healthcare settings, Frank is a seasoned expert in the safe administration of ketamine. His transition into the behavioral health space was sparked by seeing the profound impact of interventional care on veterans struggling with treatment-resistant conditions. Witnessing a significant gap in access to these life-changing therapies, he felt a calling to create something different: a clinical space that feels like a sanctuary, offering rapid relief through individualized, evidence-based care.
Frank’s philosophy is simple: healing is a mission of service. This mindset has led him across the globe on numerous medical missions, providing care to those in need and reinforcing his belief that we are defined by the kindness we extend to others. “We will be rewarded for the kind acts we give in this life or the next,” he often says—a principle that serves as the heartbeat of Your North Wellness.
When he isn’t in the clinic, Frank is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Nancy, take great pride in their four children and cherish every moment spent traveling and exploring the world together. Whether he’s at home in Philadelphia or on a distant shore, Frank remains dedicated to the idea that everyone deserves a “North Star” to guide them through their darkest nights toward a brighter, healthier horizon.

Kristi has a passion for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. She provides preparation and integration support to help individuals approach their ketamine experiences with intention and meaningful integration. She is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals process traumatic and distressing memories without needing to repeatedly recount the details of their experiences. Through guided eye movements and visualization techniques, ART supports the brain in reprocessing distressing images, sensations, and emotions so they no longer carry the same intensity.
Kristi considers this work a true calling. She is honored to walk alongside individuals at Your North Wellness as they reconnect with their own strength, wisdom and innate capacity for healing!
